What’s the process you take with clients?

I start by asking exploration questions to understand the client's goals and objectives for the project. Developing a mood with the client, if necessary, to reach a clear vision. Next, I use what I’ve learned to develop 2 - 3 rough concepts to review with the client and finalize the design direction. This is followed by the design and production phase, during which all assets are developed or prototyped for client review. The review process is a back-and-forth exchange with the client regarding design alterations and copy changes before finalizing the assets. Up to 2 - 3 versions of proofs. Lastly, I’ll make all the required changes, and once approved by the client, the assets are finalized, files packaged, and sent off to the client. Continued support is available for up to 30 days after project completion.
