TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Communication

 

After submitting your initial inquiry, please allow 3–5 business days for a response.

 

To begin a project efficiently, please send:

• The type of design needed

• Relevant text/content for the design

• Reference materials or inspiration (optional)

• Desired deadline

 

Additional project details and creative direction will be discussed during follow-up communication.

 

Pricing

 

Pricing is subject to change at any time before invoice issuance.

 

Project pricing includes:

• Creative development

• Design time

• Standard revisions

• Final file preparation

 

Revision Policy

• The first 10 standard design revisions are included at no additional cost.

• Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur a $10 fee per revision.

• The first 5 logo concept boards are included for logo projects.

• Additional logo concept boards may incur a $15 fee per board.

 

A concept board typically contains 4–5 logo variations.

 

Rush Projects

 

Projects requested with expedited turnaround times may be subject to a 40% rush fee based on project complexity and deadline requirements.

 

Post-Completion Edits

 

Minor edits are free for up to 14 days after project completion. Minor edits include:

• Color adjustments

• Sizing changes

• Small text corrections

 

Requests involving major redesigns or concept changes will require a new project fee.

 

Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Accurate project information

• Correct spelling and text content

• High-resolution images (minimum 1200px recommended)

• Correct dimensions/templates for print materials

 

GreenEyedGeek Design is not responsible for quality issues resulting from low-resolution assets supplied by the client.

Creative Direction

 

GreenEyedGeek Design reserves the right to make professional creative adjustments to layouts, typography, color palettes, and composition to improve the final design outcome.

 

File Compatibility

 

PSD, AI, or other editable source files from previous designers may be modified only if:

• The files are not corrupted

• The files are compatible with current software versions

• The files do not violate another designer’s licensing or ownership rights

 

Portfolio Usage

 

GreenEyedGeek Design reserves the right to display completed projects in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless confidentiality or private-use restrictions are agreed upon in writing beforehand.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

 

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

• Cash payments under $50 (public daytime meeting locations only)

 

Checks, direct deposits, and Google Pay are not accepted.

Retainer Policy

 

A non-refundable 50% retainer is required before work begins.

 

The retainer becomes non-refundable once initial concepts, drafts, or test designs have been delivered.

 

Final Payment

 

Final payment must be received before final files are released.

 

Taxes & Fees

 

Applicable Maryland sales tax and payment processing fees may be included where required.

 

Refund Policy

 

Due to the custom nature of graphic design services, full refunds are not available once work has begun.

 

Clients may request:

• A partial refund of up to 50% within 14 days of project completion, OR

• A redesign credit toward the same project within 30 days of completion

 

Refunds and redesign credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Late Responses & Deadlines

 

Project timelines depend on timely communication from the client.

 

GreenEyedGeek Design is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Late feedback

• Missing content

• Last-minute revision requests
